Privacy Policy

Alibarbarexpress respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use our online vape shop and how we handle it.

What We Collect

When you browse, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or send us a contact-form message, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide one), order history and basic device data such as IP address and browser type.

How We Use It

We use your details to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, send optional marketing emails (unsubscribe any time), prevent fraud and improve the store experience. Payment details are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways — Alibarbarexpress does not store full card numbers.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and measure site traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop (like the cart) may stop working.

Sharing & Security

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run the store — payment processors, shipping carriers and email services — and never sell your data. Access is limited and stored with reasonable security measures.

Your Rights

Under Australian privacy law and, where applicable, GDPR-style principles, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via the form. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
